Keep the work in one shared record.
Copy the blank client record into a shared Google Doc or Word document. Give your coach access and keep the same document through your 30 days.
It holds your priorities, builds, feedback, results, and next steps. Each time you work together, update what changed, what’s blocked, and who does what next.
Inside your record
- Your outcome and starting point
- Your automation roadmap
- Build briefs and reviewed runs
- Coaching updates and next actions
- Results, tools, and maintenance
Your working record lives in the document you share with your coach. This public guide holds the blank template and training resources.
Your outcome and roadmap
What would make these 30 days worthwhile?
Look across your working week. Where does recurring work take more time or attention than it should? Note the agents you already use and where they still need help.
Pick a measure that matters to you. Save a few comparable work samples and record the starting effort, quality, or missed steps before you change the workflow.
Agree on what to tackle next.
Rank opportunities with your coach by useful impact, feasibility, available information, and the effort to build and review. Mark each one: build, improve, connect, or defer.
Keep the backlog. As a build starts working, use the roadmap to choose the next useful piece of work.

Your next action
Pick up where you left off.
Open the record you share with your coach. Find the current build and check the next action, owner, and any blocker before you start.
Give each build a clear finish line.
- The work
- What triggers it, which sources it uses, and the output you need.
- A good result
- What you’ll check before you use it, and who reviews it.
- The boundaries
- Allowed access, actions that need approval, and when it should stop.
- The next move
- What you do next, what your coach does next, and when you’ll review.
Build with the right support: Control AI agents
Your next 30 days
Build. Review. Keep improving.
We adapt the pace to your work, the complexity of your builds, and your participation. You can learn the relevant material while we build.
Week 1
Choose the workMap the work. Pick the priorities.
Review your recurring tasks and existing agents. Agree on useful opportunities, a starting measure, and what a good result looks like.
Keep: Your ranked roadmap, baseline, and agreed build scope.
Week 2
Improve the next runBuild in the feedback loop.
Run real examples. Review the output, save useful corrections in the instructions, then check whether they help on the next run.
Keep: Reviewed outputs, corrections, and the instructions that produced them.
Week 3
Check the boundariesExpand to more of your work.
Move to the next priorities on your roadmap. Connect related steps where useful, with the right access and human review.
Keep: Additional reviewed builds or improvements and the checks each needs.
Week 4
Review the evidenceMeasure. Improve. Keep building.
Compare results with your starting point. Document what works, what still needs attention, and what to build next.
Keep: Your results summary, tools and maintenance record, and next priorities.
There’s no program cap on agents created using the process. We agree on co-building scope together. Completed builds depend on complexity, available tools and information, and participation.
Your results and what comes next
See what changed. Know what to keep.
Make the comparison useful.
Compare similar work before and after. Count the time spent prompting, reviewing, correcting, and maintaining the workflow. Check quality and reliability alongside any time or cost change.
Keep measured results separate from estimates. Record what improved, what didn’t, and what still needs more runs to judge.
Leave with a working record.
Keep the agents you built or improved, editable instructions, saved feedback, quality checks, and your next priorities.
Finish your AI Bill of Materials: tools, models, data, permissions, costs, review points, and a maintenance owner for each workflow.
Keep building after day 30.
Your program includes one year of continuation support in the weekly AI Mastermind. Bring the next question, improvement, or build from your roadmap.
Included OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini API usage covers your 30-day program. API usage afterward and other tool subscriptions are separate. Confirm ongoing access, ownership, and costs with your coach before the program ends.
Use what helps the current buildYour training resourcesWorkspace prep, the AI Formula, Four Gears, Tune-Up, and matching lessons.
Use your ratings to find helpful lessons. Your automation roadmap stays in your shared client record, where you and your coach agree on the work to build. Confidence ratings help you choose practice; reviewed work shows what you can repeat.

Open the problem as a possibility. This invites exploration before the team locks into the first solution.

VERB
Name the exact work to perform: rewrite, compare, summarize, prioritize, design, or build.
Definition of done
OUTCOME
Describe the observable result you want, so the agent can tell what success looks like.
Boundary signal
without
Introduce the tradeoff you refuse to make. This turns a preference into a clear guardrail.
Rules + boundaries
CONSTRAINTS
State what must not change, what needs approval, and any limits on scope, time, tone, or risk.
Source cue
based on
Tell the agent to ground its answer in the material that follows instead of relying on default assumptions.
Sources
SOURCES
Name the files, systems, examples, research, or data the agent should use to do the work.
The 4 Gears of AI Usage
USE THE SMALLEST GEAR THAT CAN OWN THE RESULT

- 3 · AgentsComplete an objective
- 4 · LoopsSustain an outcome
Sets direction · defines good · reviews the work · owns the outcome
AI Tune-Up
Rate your current usage and confidence in each capability. Your red and yellow ratings suggest lessons to support your builds.
Optional advanced self-assessment Safety & Governance Assume your organization has approved policies, tools, and decision rights. Rate your personal ability to apply, administer, and evidence these controls in your area.
Use the same Red, Yellow, and Green scale. A red or yellow rating adds a coaching call to your lesson list because matching self-guided curriculum is not available yet. Related foundation modules may introduce relevant concepts, but do not teach the complete advanced control. These optional ratings do not change your core 12-capability score.
