See the change in real work
An AI Chief of Staff.
Built around your team.
Bring the information scattered across your tools into a brief your team can check. Then use what you learn to improve the next run.
- 01
Give it the context
Use approved email, calendar, and project sources where your workspace supports connections, or bring permitted excerpts. Set your priorities and the decisions that stay with you.
- 02
Draft the brief
Bring priorities, risks, follow-ups, and specialist handoffs into a brief with source links. Ask it to flag missing owners, conflicting dates, and unanswered questions.
- 03
Use your judgment
Check claims against the sources. Resolve gaps, confirm owners and dates, and approve consequential actions before anything is sent or changed.
- 04
Save the correction
Keep your corrections and reviewed examples in reusable instructions. Make your team's standard clearer so you can test it on the next run.
- 05
Check the next run
Compare with the same inputs and quality checks. Record review effort and corrections, then decide what to keep, revise, or stop.
An illustrative workflow we can adapt together. Connections, specialist handoffs, and scheduling depend on your approved workspace and agreed scope.

What your team can show by day 30
Work you can review.
Progress you can explain.
Keep the evidence behind the change, along with a method your team can apply to the next task.
- 01
A priority worth improving
A selected workflow with a clear scope, approved inputs, a useful output, and success measures tied to your team's work.
- 02
Instructions your team can reuse
Role context, examples, and review standards you can save, share, and adapt as your work changes.
- 03
A reviewed workflow run
A result checked against its sources, with corrections, unresolved gaps, and the review decision recorded.
- 04
A before-and-after comparison
Evidence of quality, total effort, and cost against a baseline, including the preparation, review, and rework behind the result.
- 05
An owner and a next step
A named owner, a review rhythm, and a decision to continue, change, or stop. Agree on the next priorities with your executive sponsor.
- 06
An adoption plan your champions can use
Name an internal champion, plan how colleagues will try the workflow and share feedback, and agree on how to check adoption.
We agree on priorities and success measures together. Completed builds depend on scope, approved access, complexity, and participation. Where access is blocked, document the setup needed and the next decision in a worksheet.
Help the change take hold
Give your people a plan to use it.
A useful workflow needs people who will try it, shape it, and keep using it. Build an adoption plan around your colleagues, with an internal champion to lead the next step.
We teach, coach, and build agreed workflows with you. Your organization owns approvals, rollout, and ongoing operation. Additional implementation by our team is scoped and priced separately.
- 01
Name your champion
Choose someone who helps people try the workflow, answers questions, and keeps the sponsor informed.
- 02
Listen and act on feedback
Ask people what helps, what gets in the way, and what support they need. Use their feedback to improve how the team works.
- 03
Check adoption
Agree on who will use the workflow and how you will check use, quality, and results before expanding it.
Your team's next 30 days
Learn it. Try it.
Make it part of the work.
Four live sessions, practice between them, and people to help when you get stuck. We agree on the schedule and priorities with your team.
Week 01
Choose the work
Agree on priorities, approved tools, and a baseline for time, cost, and quality. Write the context and instructions your workflows need.
A clear brief and a starting measure
Week 02
Build and check it
Build or improve workflows around your team's real tasks. Test the outputs, missing information, and the decisions that need human review.
A workflow your team can review
Week 03
Put it into practice
Try the workflow with colleagues. Work with your internal champion to hear what helps, address concerns, and improve how people use it.
Team feedback and an adoption plan
Week 04
Measure. Decide. Keep going.
Compare results with the baseline. Review progress with your executive sponsor and decide what to continue, change, or stop, and who owns the next step.
Evidence and a plan for what comes next
Weekly implementation office hours: bring a workflow you've tried, the result, and a blocker. Work through next steps with us, with asynchronous help throughout the 30 days and recordings to revisit. Your sponsor gives participants time to practice and helps remove blockers.
The skills behind the results
Build with better judgment.
Hands-on AI practice and the leadership decisions that make it useful. We tailor the examples to your people's roles and experience.
01Give AI the context it needs
Hands-on practiceWrite a Chief of Staff brief you can use again. Include your role, priorities, approved sources, instructions, and what a good result looks like.
Leading your teamKnow where AI can help, where it can fail, and which decisions still need your judgment.
02Choose work worth improving
Hands-on practiceLook at the work that repeats in your calendar. Choose a task, then define what starts it, what goes in, what comes out, who checks it, and what done means.
Leading your teamCheck the value and risk before you start. Make sure your team is ready and someone owns the work.
03Choose an approved tool that fits the job
Hands-on practiceCompare tools against your task. Check which sources they can use, then plan a fair comparison with how you do the work today.
Leading your teamFind out what's getting in the way of adoption and what people need to try a different way of working.
04Set up, run, and review an agent
Hands-on practiceSave the setup and open it again. Review a draft, test what happens when information is missing or conflicts, and try a sample schedule where your workspace supports it.
Leading your teamMake a clear case for your sponsor and name the person who checks the work. Keep consequential actions with the person responsible.
05Use the results to improve the next run
Hands-on practiceCompare quality and total effort. Change one instruction and test again. Record whether to keep going, revise the workflow, or stop.
Leading your teamDecide who owns the workflow, when to review it, and how people can give feedback and make it better.
Bring the people doing the work and the people responsible for it on board.
The People Yes: Help colleagues see the value, try the workflow, and shape how they use it.
The Guardian Yes: Work with IT and security on approved tools, data permissions, and human review.
We use the Two Yeses and ADKAR frameworks to work through concerns, build confidence, and reinforce useful changes.

For companies and cohort organizers
Build your cohort.
Bring a company team, a department, or leaders from across the business. Industry groups and member associations can organize a cohort for their members. Start with a smaller cohort if that fits your priorities.
$2,500 per seat · base price
Volume discounts quoted by cohort size. Tell us who you want to involve. We'll confirm your cohort's investment, scope, format, and timing in a proposal.
Measure the whole job.
Compare the same work before and after AI, then decide what to keep, change, or stop.
- Quality
- Does the result meet the same standard? Record what it missed or got wrong.
- Total effort
- Count preparation, review, corrections, and unexpected problems alongside the AI run.
- Cost and adoption
- Include program, tool, implementation, and support costs. Check whether people keep using the workflow.
Time saved creates capacity. Cash savings and ROI also depend on actual costs and financial effects.
Plan your team's investment

Talk through your cohortBefore you bring the team
A few practical
questions.
Who is AI 30 for?
Company-sponsored teams, leaders, and domain experts, plus cohorts organized by industry groups and member associations. Bring people who want to put AI to work and help colleagues use it well. Smaller cohorts are welcome. We agree on the seat count and scope with your company or member organization, whether participants are starting with AI or improving workflows already in use.
How much does it cost?
The base price is $2,500 per seat. Volume discounts are quoted by cohort size. We confirm the total investment, participants, delivery format, and scope in a team proposal before you commit. The seat calculator shows the base investment before any volume discount; it is not a final quote.
How do the 30 days work?
The program includes eight hours of live training in four two-hour sessions, with practice between sessions, weekly implementation office hours, and asynchronous implementation help throughout the 30 days. Bring workflows you have tried, results, and blockers to office hours for coaching and next steps. We agree on the schedule with your team and close with an executive debrief. Recordings are available.
Can we start with a smaller cohort?
Yes. Bring the people who will put the work into practice and a sponsor who can help remove blockers. We will scope the cohort around your team rather than require a 30-person group. Include your expected seat count in the proposal request.
Do participants need to code or be new to AI?
No coding background is required. Newcomers learn how to provide context, direct AI, and review its work. Participants already using agents can bring their workflows, improve the results, and work on adoption. We tailor practice to participants' roles and experience.
What will our team have at the end?
Reusable instructions, workflow briefs, reviewed outputs, quality checks, and a comparison with your starting process. An adoption plan names your internal champion, a way to gather and act on team feedback, and measures of use. Your team keeps the playbook, templates, recordings, AI Leader certification, and lifetime methodology updates. The executive debrief sets owners and next steps. Completed builds depend on scope, access, complexity, and participation.
Who leads implementation and adoption?
We teach, coach, and build agreed workflows with your participants. Your organization owns approvals, rollout, and ongoing operation. Your internal champion helps colleagues try the workflow and acts on their feedback. Additional implementation by our team is scoped and priced separately in your proposal.
Can you work with our company tools and data?
We tailor the program to your industry and roles and deliver on-site or virtually. Sessions are conducted under NDA. Use only tools, sources, and information your company approves. We agree on permissions and reviewers with your team; integrations and scheduling depend on your approved workspace. Tool subscriptions, API usage, and any additional implementation are agreed in the proposal.
How do we measure the return?
Start with the same task and quality standard before and after AI. Count preparation, review, corrections, program costs, tool costs, and implementation effort. Track whether people keep using the workflow. Reclaimed time is capacity; cash savings and ROI also depend on actual costs and financial effects. We review the evidence with your executive sponsor.
What happens after day 30?
Your team keeps the work, recordings, certification, playbook, templates, and lifetime methodology updates. Live and asynchronous implementation support cover the 30-day program. We use the executive debrief to agree on ownership and next steps; any further support is scoped separately.
