Explore the curriculum and methodology
The AI SOS implementation playbook gives your team a repeatable method for moving from an opportunity to a useful workflow. Skill Specs document what a tool should do, the context it needs, and how to judge its output. Templates and examples make that work easier to repeat.
Powered by Longhand. Longhand is our platform for building and running AI workflows. Participants learn the instructions, context, and review steps behind the examples so they can apply the approach to approved tools at work.
Understand AI capabilities and limits. Practice giving clear instructions and context, checking outputs, and creating reusable templates for your role.
Company data & intelligence
Work with approved company data sources, practice reporting workflows, and turn unstructured information into useful insights.
No-code AI tool creation
Build custom tools and prototypes around business needs, review their outputs, and test ideas before further engineering investment.
AI strategy implementation
Establish a baseline, measure time and cost changes, account for the investment, and communicate results. Help colleagues adopt useful workflows and keep improving them.
How delivery works
90 days of learning, practice, and progress.
01
Choose the work and baseline
Agree on participant priorities and useful applications. Record the time, costs, and quality of the work today so each participant has a starting point for measuring progress.
02
Learn and build together
8 live hours in two-hour sessions, delivered on-site or virtually. Participants practice on their own work, shape tools built live, and review the results. Recordings support practice between sessions.
03
Measure, improve, and champion
Throughout the 90 days, use weekly AI Mastermind and asynchronous support to improve workflows and track value. The executive debrief sets next steps for continued adoption and ROI.
Bring your people with you
Help your team earn both yeses.
The Two Yeses framework connects the people who use AI with the people responsible for its safe use. Participants practice the conversations and review steps that help useful workflows earn trust.
Change management & psychological safety
The People Yes: Help the people whose work changes understand the value, try the workflow, and shape how it is used.
The Guardian Yes: Work with IT and security to understand approved tools, data permissions, human review, and the checks needed before use.
We address anxiety about job displacement, feeling left behind, and being uncomfortable asking basic AI questions. Leaders practice communication that builds trust, handles resistance at different levels, and develops AI champions within teams.
The ADKAR framework gives those conversations a structure: awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement. Your team connects technical literacy with the support people need to change how they work.

Build your business case
Start with a workflow. Measure what changes.
Each participant starts with a real task and a baseline for time, cost, and quality. Track what changes, account for program and running costs, and review whether colleagues keep using the workflow. Use the evidence to demonstrate AI ROI and choose the next improvement.
Illustrative scenario · One participant
5 hours/week × $60/hour × 52 weeks
$15,600 in annual time capacity
If one participant saves five hours every week, this is the value of that time at the assumed hourly rate, before program, tool, and implementation costs. It is not a guaranteed result, cash saving, or ROI calculation.

$50,000
For up to 30 leaders
A 90-day program with 8 live training hours, practical work, and implementation support to build each participant’s AI skills and ability to keep achieving ROI. Includes all deliverables listed above.
Share this page with the leaders reviewing the program alongside you.
Who is AI 90 designed for?
Leadership teams and domain experts at SMBs and enterprises who want to use AI in their own work and champion adoption across the business. AI 90 covers up to 30 leaders. Each participant brings relevant work and practices the skills needed to make useful AI decisions, improve workflows, and measure results.
What will each participant be able to do?
AI 90 builds the AI literacy and practical skills to identify useful applications, provide context and instructions, review outputs, and improve real workflows. Participants learn to save time and money, measure the return, and keep championing adoption and achieving AI ROI after the program. The work is tailored to their roles and business priorities.
Do participants need an engineering background?
No. You bring expertise in your work. We explain AI capabilities, limits, and methods in business terms, then practice directing AI, using approved company information, checking outputs, and improving workflows.
How long is AI 90, and how much time should we plan for?
AI 90 is a 90-day program with eight hours of live training in two-hour sessions, recordings, and an executive debrief. Participants apply the skills to relevant work between sessions. Weekly AI Mastermind sessions and asynchronous help support that practice throughout the 90 days. We confirm the schedule in your team proposal.
Can you customize the program to our industry?
Yes. AI 90 is shaped around your industry, participants' roles, and business priorities. We agree on useful applications and the on-site or virtual format together. Custom tools and real workflows built during sessions help participants practice, review results, and learn to make improvements.
How do you handle confidentiality and company data?
Sessions are conducted under NDA. Bring your confidentiality requirements and company policies into the planning conversation. Participants should use only tools, examples, and data they are authorized to share. We teach them to identify review points and work with IT and security on the approvals their workflows need.
How do participants measure AI ROI?
Start with a baseline for time, cost, and output quality on a real task. Compare results after applying AI, account for program, tool, and implementation costs, and distinguish reclaimed time from cash savings. Participants use that evidence to improve the workflow, communicate value, and choose the next opportunity. Results depend on the work selected and how the skills are applied.
What if previous AI initiatives have failed?
Bring that history into the planning conversation. We review unclear use cases, tool or data constraints, confidence, and adoption challenges. Participants practice both the AI skills and the communication needed to help people use a workflow and work within their organization's policies.
How do participants keep improving after AI 90?
Participants leave with methods for applying AI, measuring value, and helping others adopt it. The AI SOS implementation playbook, Skill Spec templates and examples, AI Leader certification, and lifetime methodology updates support continued practice. The executive debrief identifies next steps for keeping adoption and ROI moving.
What does the team investment include?
AI 90 is $50,000 for up to 30 leaders. The 90-day program includes eight live training hours, the playbook and templates, AI Leader certification, weekly AI Mastermind and asynchronous implementation support, lifetime methodology updates, industry customization, on-site or virtual delivery, custom AI tools built live, and an executive debrief. We confirm scope, format, and timing in your team proposal.
What happens in the first scope conversation?
Start with a 15-minute phone call with Todd. Bring the people you want to involve, the recurring work you want to improve, and any tool or data requirements. We discuss fit and a useful next step. A detailed team scope and schedule are confirmed separately in your proposal.
What happens when I request a team proposal?
The email option opens an editable email draft to Todd Larsen with fields for your company, participant count, delivery format, timing, and priorities. You review and send it from your email app. Clicking the button does not send the email, enroll your team, or charge you.
