For leaders, founders, and operators who want a useful result in their own work. No coding required.

One task. A better starting point.

    From a prompt you try
to a workflow you can use.

You bring the expertise in the work. We help you make the task, inputs, and review steps clear enough to repeat.

    1. 01

      Choose a useful recurring task

Write a short workflow brief: the job, the inputs, what good looks like, and who reviews it.

    2. 02

      See a draft become usable

Follow a practical example from source material to output. Compare the draft with the source and fix what it missed.

    3. 03

Take a quality checklist into your work

Know what to check, where a person decides, and how to test the pattern on your own task.

    The pattern in practice

    A weekly update
    you can stand behind.

We will work through an illustrative example: turning project notes into a clear update for a leader to review.

Use our sample or a sanitized task from your own work.

    Illustrative workflow brief

    Task
    Prepare the weekly project update.
    Inputs
Approved notes, current status, and known blockers.
    Output
A draft update with decisions and next steps.
    Human review
Check each claim against the notes. Correct owners and dates. Approve before sharing.
    First test
Try it on one update. Compare quality and effort before expanding its scope.

    Before you register

    A few practical
    questions.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Bring your knowledge of the work and what a good result looks like. We will use a practical example to show how to direct a workflow and check its output.

    What should I bring?

One task you repeat and want to improve, such as a weekly update, a research brief, or meeting follow-up. Bring a sanitized example or use ours. Share only information you are authorized to use.

Will I leave with a finished agent?

The workshop helps you choose a starting task, write a workflow brief, and practice reviewing an example draft. A finished custom workflow depends on its scope and inputs. AI 30 is the next step if you want help building and operating it.

Is this an AI 30 sales workshop?

It is a free practical workshop. We will teach the workflow pattern and leave time for questions, then explain how the individual AI 30 program can help you build your first useful workflow. You can use the lesson without joining the program.

    I lead a team. Should I attend?

Yes. Start with a useful result in your own work and learn to run, review, and improve it. Once that works, you can decide where the same pattern could help your team. Team support is a separate conversation.
