Required Boundaries
- Cite the agreement page, section, or clause for every extracted term.
- Preserve uncertainty, conflicts, amendments, and missing exhibits as unresolved fields.
- Label the result "Draft — Verify Against the Executed Agreement and Qualified Counsel Guidance."
- Do not create calendar events, send notices, renew, terminate, or change a contract system without separate authorization.
